Professional career

The director trained with KPMG and specialised later in working with Owner Managed Businesses.  Clients varied extensively but were mainly retail and manufacturing businesses.

Commercial experience has been gained working for many years as a management and financial accountant for a large electrical retailer.  This has provided invaluable hands on experience of running a business and dealing with the everyday concerns a business has.

The last 19 years have been concentrated on helping small local businesses, many being new start up companies. 

The company would however equally welcome enquiries from larger companies.  The director has extensive experience of producing management and statutory accounts as well as budgeting and planning in large companies.  

Experience in assisting with selling a business and navigating the way through due diligence has also been gained at large company level and for small companies.
